• Targus has an adapter for netbooks, this one is for full-size notebooks.

• YES - it will work. Comes with several connectors to choose from. Actually, if you have more than one computer, you will find the connector needed to do a switch.

• Not sure. I have a Dell. It has several adapters, so it will probably power your laptop temporarily. But it would not charge my battery like I thought it would. If it wan't an emergency I would have purchased replacement from manufacturer. Is a gois emergency back-up, however.
