• The device has 2 cooling fans and 4 USB hub. The DC power is achieved by plugging the attached USB cord into your laptop which in turn powers the fans and powers the USB hub.

• The power cord is not included. It is not necessary for operation as it can be powered via built in usb cable.

• Don't remember seeing a power cord . Power runs thru the USB from your PC to power the fans. If there is a power cable available, I suppose it would be to power the fans
