Is it safe to use in bed? null

What do you mean by safe? It's basically like a little table for the laptop. The fan is on the top portion of the item, so it would likely be okay as long as you are not leaving it unattended.

I've never tried that, but I don't see why not, as long as you keep blankets and such outside the frame and not in the mechanism. On mine, the fan started to make a lot of noise after about a month and it is getting progressively noisier so I stopped using it. I would not repurchase, I would get a sturdier metal version.

Pretty good, fan was fantastic and it cools your laptop immediately you it on. It's somehow safe, but you have to monitor it, because if you have children playing around they might cause it to fall.
