• Our chill mats have a limited 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. SHould there be any issues with the fan or any other part such as a cord please contact us about a possible warranty. We can be reached at 877-482-7487 Monday thru Friday 10 AM to 7 PM EST.

• If it’s not level (flat) it can vibrate a bit. No issues and quiet.

• I just bought this. If you are referring to the fan noise, no it has not been fixed. They also don’t seem to line up with the air intakes which doesn’t help. This will raise your laptop up-not cool it down.
