  • QuestionHow do you change the lock head. on the DEFCON universal 3 in 1 cable lock? the lock heads are supposed to be interchangeable but, I need to change the lock head and the lock head will not come off

    Asked by kdneil.

    • Answer Still have the directions? They tell you to set the combination to the correct string you chose to remove the lock from the computer. Press down on the button as if you were disconnecting from the computer. Then grab hold of the lock head—firmly—and give it a good tug. I wonder if pliers would help in case you need to secure your hold on the head. The head of the lock, that is; not your own head. Cheers.
