I am a fellow DJ (shameless plug here: facebook.com/pandutchofficial ), These fans are meant to limit natural overheating. If you're worried about the sun it would be best to protect your laptop and your gear by playing in shade or buying a camping/beach-style cover to provide your own shade.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Some air is better than no air at all. This cooling fan uses 1 USB Port. I suggest you use something that can create a gap between the cooling fan and the laptop so air can circulate a little better. If possible, I would add a tiny desktop fan to help keep my equipment cool as well. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a computer that the manufactures stupidly built with the fan ports on the bottom. It gets extremely hot. However, this fan does a great job of cooling it down. I’ve used it outside (in Southern California) on a few occasions and it seemed to work just as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This chill pad will keep your laptop cool provided you are on a hard surface.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've sat on my patio with the cooler on hot sunny days and have had no trouble. It may be something you simply have to try to find out. With most laptops nowadays, they will automatically kick in their own blower if too hot or shut off for a cool down period.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would never leave a computer out in the hot sun with or without the cooling matt
