“How does it work? I plugged mine into the laptop like the directions say and nothing is happening. No on/ off or any other kind of switch. Do I sing sweetly to it or what? Do I just have a dud product that I need to return?”

You just plug it in and the computer on the fan will start blowing. It isn't the best one. I get a different one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here. It's just a piece of crap. I looked it up and apparently this is a common problem. Some people say to open and fix some loose wiring, but for $40, I'm not doing anything but returning it.
