I'm using a 17.3" laptop and it fits just fine and I think it will work just as well for the 19".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My laptop is 17" and it fits pretty well. A 19 " would hang over the sides quite a bit. It would probably work to cool it, but I don't know if it would work in your lap.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I only have a 17" laptop, and the power cord on this item is too short to reach any of the USB ports on my laptop. I would assume that the cord wouldn't reach the USB ports on a 19" laptop, either.
