Including the camera 10 to 15 inches.

This small tripod does not extend. It’s feature is that it can wrap around and bend into different shapes. The total height to the base the camera attachment is approximately 11 inches. See photo

It doesn’t adjust. It’s like a table tripod.

The tripod does not raise any further than 11 inches. The arms move around so you can adjust on surfaces, put it around on branches etc.
