• No. They told me that each one is unique and if you lose it or damage it, you need to buy a new one. It happened to me.

• Yes, Bestbuy carries them in their computer section. If you cannot find them there, then I recommend Radioshack or Amazon.

• It's bluetooth, no USB connector needed.
