• I'm not sure, I use it on a old ComPac PC. I haven't apple device to try it. Check the Item Descriptions "Specifications" for compatibility requirements.. It may state if it is applicable..

• The mouse will work on Mac OS 10.7 -10.9 (Lion to Mavericks) as Razer Synapse 2.0, the program used to customize the mouse supports those versions. I believe the mouse would work on older versions of Mac, but you will not get the customizability of using a program to alter settings.
