A:AnswerI have this backpack. I can't say it's water resistant, but certainly seems to have a water repelling quality. I live in Wisconsin and have carried it to and from my vehicle in rain and snow, with no issues or any real saturation on the inside of the backpack. According to the tag the interior and exterior are 100% polyester. Hope this helps.
