“How does storage of pen work with this product? Is there a place, on the Folio Wrap, to store pen when he SP4 is not in use? Or is the pen store on the magnetic base of the SP4, as normal?”

There is a slot that the clip of the pen slides snugly into. It's sturdy but it will be sticking out from the case completely too.
