Does this case have magnet for auto sleep & wake up? null

The iPad does "Sleep" when the case is closed but I'm not sure if its due to a magnet. Just checked the Targus website and in the specs there's no mention of a "Magnet" nor that it puts the iPad into sleep mode when closed. You can have your iPad go to sleep after a certain amount inactivity in your "Settings"
