“Just got this last night and works OK with Lenovo laptop (work) but not my HP Envy laptop (personal) with Windows 10 (just updated) and a USB 3.0 (Type C) USB port. Device Manager keeps refreshing. Cannot find driver on Targus site to load first. Ideas?”
