“How can I tell if it is charging? I received this in the mail yesterday, I have plugged my keyboard in numerous times, but never get a light for the battery.... is this normal? How do I know if it is charging?”

• It is normal for no light to show when keyboard is charging - it would be nice to have that confirmation though - after 1 hour, keyboard works great for over 4 hours of continual use, at least for me it does.

• There is a red light indicator (lighting icon) that lights up when charging

• There will be a charging icon present on the screen during charging.

• It should have come with an owner's manual. Have you checked that for charging information? I'd start there.
