• Martha, Yes, this keyboard case will work with the new iPad Pro 9.7". The dimensions are exactly the same between the new smaller iPad Pro and the iPad Air 2, for which this case was designed. The case fit perfectly, and the fit and finish were good. Unfortunately, the bluetooth connectivity was very spotty for me, then failed altogether.

• Make sure that the iPad you have is an iPad pro in the same size. Earlier keyboards may not be compatible. The iPad pro has a smart connector that powers the keyboard. It would not work with my iPad Air. To ensure compatibility, read the package. But I also asked an associate at the store who pointed out that the keyboard I was looking at would not work with the iPad pro. It was an older keyboard. So make sure your device and the keyboard are compatible before you purchase.
