- Answer I start at the reset thumb button and gently press the case away from the iPad. Then press the case at the upper corner from the reset button.

- Answer Martha, Yes, this keyboard case will work with the new iPad Pro 9.7". The dimensions are exactly the same between the new smaller iPad Pro and the iPad Air 2, for which this case was designed. The case fit perfectly, and the fit and finish were good. Unfortunately, the bluetooth connectivity was very spotty for me, then failed altogether.

QuestionTargus-Versa type 4 in 1 Power Bank Keyboard case for iPad 9-7 inch iPad Pro, iPad Air 2 & Air- Black. My case that’s described above doesn’t stand up when I rotate It. It lies flat. The hinge won’t hold or support the iPad upright. Can it be fixed?

QuestionHas anyone had problems with the back pulling apart (see photo) and the iPad section becoming lose so that it moves when you are typing? I cannot figure out how to tighten it. Other than that, I love it.

- Answer Yes. Each time I replaced this case for a new one, that's how they broke. When I took it to best buy I found out they can't tighten or fix it...so you have to buy a new one or find another case. I'm looking for another case....I spent way too much time and anxious days case-less between re-orderings to try again.

- Answer Yes. I use it with my iPad Air. Be careful to install the iPad into the hinge side first. It is easy to damage.

- Answer I have used the blocks from my cell phone, camera, and one I picked-up at the gas station; all work. You may want to return and exchange if not working; remember the keyboard comes with long warranty.
