The "hand strap" shown in the picture by one of the other responders came on my recently purchased VersaVu and was one of the main reasons I purchased this case. It allows you to more-comfortably hold the iPad (as an alternative to placing it in it's "stand" on a tabletop or your lap). Just fold the front cover back and slip your hand into the strap - it's wide and sized/shaped to fit your hand. So it's a comfortable and secure way to hold the iPad which can be a better way to view your iPad if you don't have a flat, stable position for using the stand. Great feature!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this very case on my iPad and so far so good it has keep it protected from drops. It holds the iPad really good in the case no matter what I am doing. I did submit few pictures so you can see how it works!
