“Does the cover stay closed without the elastic strap?”

This question is for: Targus - VersaVu Classic Folio Case for Apple® iPad® 10.2", iPad® Air 10.5", and iPad® Pro 10.5" - Black

No. It does need the elastic strap to stay closed , but is part of the good thing about it as it gives the flexibility needed for you to adapt it to what you need in the moment.

You need the strap to close it completely. If you flip the cover closed without the strap, it will stay closed until you pick up the device.
