“Does this case have a soft felt or fabric lining inside to protect the screen?”

This is a very good quality IPad case. It has a very thin soft layer inside the case to protect the screen. However, I would alway suggest also buying a screen protector for your iPad. A screen protector will help protect your iPad’s screen if you drop it, or set something heavy on your iPad.

Yes, it has a soft lining to protect the tablet. I also have a screen protector for added protection.
