“the photos of the product make it look like the screen goes all the way to the top and from side to side completely, but when i’ve set it up, there’s still a black box around it. is there a reason for this? and is there a way to fix it?”

Thank you for providing your feedback. This TV does have a bezel around the border of the TV. The picture cannot extend past the display area. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
