• Yes it will. During the set up Prime appeared right away. I only had to sign in.

• Prime Video works if you have a subscription. The selection is on the home screen. I have not found an actual web browser on this t.v., so I don't think you can access the amazon.com web site, such as to order from prime. But yes, Prime Video does work well.
