Our TVs are compatible with most Universal and cable remotes. Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control select features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tclusa.com/tv-remote-codes for more information. If you do not see your specific remote, you would need to contact the remote's manufacturer to obtain the remote code from them. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

You only have to select the Comcast source (input) in the TV and then you can use your Comcast remote control to select the channels that you want. I do not use Comcast (I use Verizon), however it works in the same way. You may have to program the remote control, if you want to run more advanced functions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your Comcast remote is tied to a Comcast cable box. If you have a box attached to your TLC TV it will work with that but not to the TV alone. Any ROKU functions will require that you use the TLC remote. You can, however, access all Comcast channels by downloading the Xfinity app and stream your Comcast channels via the ROKU. The Comcast remote is then unnecessary.
