• The TV volume control will control the volume of the headphones jack

• If connecting via the headphone jack, you should be able to use the TV volume control to turn the sound up and down. However, you still may need to adjust the independent volume level on the powered speaker to at least half way before just using the TV's volume control. Hope this helps!
