Is this tv compatible with Apple TV? null

I purchased the 32S327 from Best Buy on Nov 27, 2020. We have an existing Apple TV subscription that works with every other supported device we own. However, I'm unable to login to Apple TV using the app on this 32S327. A Google search shows this problem affects multiple Roku TVs as well as standalone boxes. There are many reports going back months, but no solutions. Apparently, Apple and Roku each blame each other. If the Apple TV app is a deal-breaker, proceed with caution.

TCL Roku TVs have access to thousands of streaming channels, and over 500,000 movies and tv episodes to fulfill almost any streaming need. This TV also includes 3 HDMI ports to connect external devices, such as that of an AppleTV. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
