How to enter capital letters null

if you mean on the channel screen there is an arrow if you push with your remote it goes into caps

If you are referring to the on screen keyboard that pops up when trying to search or type on a password, there should be a button on the left hand side of the keyboard to switch the letters to capital or symbols. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
