“My TV suddenly won’t connect to the internet. It worked fine until the internet went out a couple days ago. Shows our network connection is excellent but it won’t connect. Tried restarting the system, tried rebooting the modem and still nothing.”

Try calling Roku support. We have enjoyed good customer service from Roku.
