“When I initially set this up, all the over-the-air channels were listed numerically in ascending order (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 7.1, 7.2, 9.1, 9.2, etc). Now several weeks later, suddenly the channels are out of order (2.1, 7.1, 9.1, 2.2, 7.2, etc). Help.”

It sounds like "Favorites" may be turned on for your channels. To turn this off you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Uncheck the box that says "Enable". I'm guessing that (1) by default the "Favorites" feature is on, and that (2) at some point recently my mom accidentally made those first channels her favorites (most likely pushed the wrong button(s) on the remove). I was able to walk her through it over the phone, and now things are working just fine for her. Again, a big THANK YOU! :-)
