“Are there any additional cables that need to be bought for the TV or does the cable already come with it”

• Didn't come with any cables, just the power cord.

• This TCL Roku TV comes with two feet with screws to secure them, a power cord, a TCL Roku remote with batteries, and a quick start guide. Any additional cables would need to be purchased separately. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
