“Does this TCL Android TV have the CVE-2020-28055 fix installed and, if not, is there a way for customers in the United States to get and install it themselves?”

When I installed the new unit on Nov 20 2020 it immediately ran a software update. After the update I checked to see that ssh and telnet was not accessible, and they are not. I don't know if there are other issues with that vulnerability but I'm satisfied so far.
