Samsung and TCL are two different manufacturers, so your question is a bit confusing. However, almost all sets in this size range are light weight and simple enough to install with any mount that will handle up to a "VESA 200 mm X 200mm" configuration. That's a mounting hole pattern on the back of the set that's just under 8" square, which encompasses pretty much every bracket option on the market. Decide if your need is for a fixed on-wall style and how close to the wall anything plugged into the sockets on the back of the set might allow. Or, if your need is for a set that swivels in different directions, make sure your chosen location has a solid wood stud into which to mount the set. Although, as mentioned above, modern sets of this size aren't heavy, a moveable bracket means extra applied force in unpredictable directions from the user. Also note that U.S. National Electrical Code prohibits power cords run through the wall, so deciding on wire routing is more likely to be a factor in your installation than style of bracket.
