Casting is limited to the ability of the phone and the app you are trying to cast. A good test is to download YouTube and see if you get the cast icon and can see your TV. Make sure you are on the same WiFi network as the TV before trying to perform the test. If you do not get the cast icon or see your TV it is most likely due to the limited compatibility of your phone. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
