• Roku tv can replace a box. However it needs wifi or cat 5/6 cable run to it. I have 2 Rokus that I used to replace boxes. Wifi works. I ran cat cable for better connection.

• I don't know about that, but I believe you can download the Spectrum App on ROKU.
