“Is the refresh rate 120 or 60, or both? Often when I look at TV specs it's both. The industry says 60 and the manufacutre says twice that nmber. Model: 43S435 SKU: 6427886”

the refresh rate is 60. What people are asking for is your refresh rate. To say effective refresh rate is a lie, and falsely promoting and advertising your product.
