• LMP, The space between the feet is 38 inches on that TV so we would recommend a stand of at least 44" wide. -TCL Customer Support

• The distance between the legs is approximately 33 inches. The width of the screen is 38 inches. I would strongly recommend a stand at least 36 inches wide or wider. I purchased the Insignia NS-HWD1848 Gaming TV cabinet along with this TV which has a width of 47.5 inches and can accomodate a TV up to 55 inches. Note, though, that this particular cabinet does NOT come pre-assembled.
