“Just got the tv and all is OK but the sound on high is not loud enough. Am I missing something? It is evening and the room is very quiet and I am the only one in it. I also do not have hearing issues -LOL! I am 12 ft from the tv, Thanks Mike”

• We havent had this problem at all at 20 volume it is loud and clear and we are close as well. It may be the TV
