- Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Or you can use the 3.5 mm headphone jack in the back of the TV to connect standard headphones. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionWithout every moving this tv, it developed two lines of white and colored pixels at the bottom of the screen and lost pixels and had some colored ones at the top. Is there a way to fix this?

- Answer This seems to be normal as you move from one system to another. Newer Disney shows will be fine. If you pickup an older show on You Tube, you will get these issues. I’ve been playing twenty year old video tapes and the quality is great, but you do run into those “edge” errors. You can be pretty sure it’s not the TV. Try to keep track of when this happens and make a note of what you were watching. You should find that it will be pretty consistent. If you’re still concerned, call the Geek Squad or the manufacturer.

- Answer No. The TV already has an on screen app for it as well as many other streaming apps as well. All you need to do is to connect the TV to your wifi and you're good to go.

Likewise, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Or you can use the 3.5 mm headphone jack in the back of the TV to connect standard headphones. Please keep in mind that if using headphones, it will automatically disable all other audio output. - Answer Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port.
