There are volume buttons located on the right-hand side of your Google TV remote. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hard to see and feel, there are indeed three buttons on the side of the remote. Two are volume and one is mute. This is shown in an illustration in the printed manual so ignore the online info and faqs which genetically refer to or illustrate volume buttons on the front with pluses and minuses imprinted... no such thing. Hope that helps!
