• You can program the TV to power on to a specific input by going to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power on>Select the input you want the TV to power on to. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• You can go into the Roku settings->system->power and set the "Power On" option to turn on to any input, HDMI 3 in this case.
