“What's the scenario w motion smoothing on this tv? I can't stand it on any tv and need to either not have it or be able to turn it off so I don't get that soap opera look on everything. Thanks”

The "Soap Opera Effect" is typically caused by interpolation. This TV does not feature interpolation. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
