“We just bought this TV and all is great except the control device doesn't have #'s. This makes it difficult to access the standard antenna TV channels. Can we buy a device with #'s that will be compatible?”

Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Can someone tell what setting you have or should I return it cause something is wrong? I have the same tv in my Livingroom but don't have this problem. I replace the one in my bedroom which was a Samsung to this.
