“My TCL 55s434 has been stuck on 4 colorful moving spheres for over 48 hours. I've unplugged it, left it like that, and tried to hold the power button for 30 sec, turned it back on and the same screen pops up. Why is this happening? What do I do? Help.”

I’m not sure why that would happen unless your internet speed is very slow if your internet speed is slow it could be trying to connect to your network and it’s buffering
