“The settings for this tv were terrible out of the box. I've been trying to get it corrected for 3 days and while the brights look good, darks look terrible, dirty/cloudy look. Is this normal? Considering returning if can't get this fixed in the settings”

Adjust the Dynamic Contrast, Dynamic Brightness and local contrast settings. I noticed the same issue when I was watching dark scenes on Ozark.
