“I have the TCL 55R625 in my bedroom and a Samsung 6 Series in the living room. The TCL is 60Hz and the Samsung is 120Hz. Both have Spectrum cable boxes. Problem is that the Samsung is much clearer than the TCL. Why is that? Is it the cable or the TVs?”

I can't give you a direct answer, but I also have a new TCL 6-series in the bedroom and a Samsung 6 series in the living room. Both on FIOS cable boxes. The TCL picture is way better than the Samsung (which is a 2018 model).

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
