It sounds like a frustrating issue! You might want to check if your TV’s audio output settings are correctly configured. Try the following steps: 1. Check Audio Format Settings – Go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio and set Digital Audio Format to PCM instead of Dolby Digital or Auto. 2. Update Firmware – Ensure both your TV and soundbar have the latest software updates installed. 3. HDMI-ARC & CEC Settings – If your soundbar is connected via HDMI-ARC, enable CEC (HDMI Control) in the settings. 4. App-Specific Settings – For Prime Video, you’ve already found the stereo setting workaround. For Apple TV, try changing the audio output settings within the app. 5. Optical Cable Option – If using HDMI-ARC doesn’t work consistently, try connecting your soundbar using an optical cable instead. If none of these work, a factory reset of the TV might help. Hopefully, TCL or a future software update resolves this issue permanently!
