“Is the USB port powered only when the TV is on, or stays powered with the set off?”

• Typically, when the TV is turned off, the USB port will also lose power. However, if you enable 'Fast TV start', the USB will still have power even when the TV is powered OFF. To enable 'Fast TV start' you would go to Home>Settings>System>Power>Fast TV start>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
