Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The light at the bottom of the TV is the Standby LED. It can be turned off by going to Home>Settings>System>Power>Standby LED>OFF. However, this light will blink if the TV is searching for an update or looking for an Internet connection. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
