• I have the 55" T7 and it's stand sits at 35 1/2 inches, and I believe it said that it's stand was 29". So maybe take with a grain of salt.

• I just got this TV and found the same issue! I have a 36in stand and trusted the Best Buy website when it said it was 29in between legs. Wish I saw this post before I purchased it.

• The 55 inch model has two feet placement options, the wide placement and a narrow placement. The two placements would be 39.29 inches wide for the traditional position and 23.5 inches wide for the narrow position. The ability to adjust feet varies from model to model. Hope this helps!
