No. You can skip signing into a Google Account if you’re using the “Basic TV” mode or are fine with apps on other devices Some people also report being able to skip creating a TCL account during setup 3. You can refuse/skip optional agreements, but that might limit smart features. Arbitration clauses usually apply only to online services/accounts, not basic offline TV use.
